County U16 Division 1 Hurling Champions, 2026

Congratulations to our U16 hurlers and management team on their tremendous 1-25 to 2-16 win over Passage in the Division 1 County Final played at SETU yesterday evening. After a tight first half where we led by one point, 0-9 to 0-8, the boys treated the large Village support to some fantastic hurling in the second thirty minutes to power to victory and claim only our fourth county title at this grade and first since 2002.

Western Junior 'A' Hurling Champions, 2026

Congratulations to our Junior 'A' hurlers and management team on their extra time victory over Ardmore in the Western Final played in Fraher Field this afternoon. We led by a single point at half time, scoring a late equaliser in the second to bring the match to extra time, 0-17 to 1-14. The lads kicked on in the additional twenty minutes to run out deserved winners by four points, 1-22 to 1-18. This is our seventh divisional title at this grade, having last won the competition in 2013 when it comprised intermediate attached teams. We will play the Eastern Champions, Mount Sion in the county decider on Saturday next, 29th August at 4:00pm in Fraher Field.
