Jack The Joker
Our ever popular Jack the Joker fundraiser continues this Sunday night
in Alice O’Connor’s Bar where the jackpot is €10200 as on Sunday night Helen
McGregor was drawn out of the drum and
chose card number 34 which when turned was not the joker but she did win €50. Sharon
Kiely and Nuala Kenneally won €25 each. As well as our group of ticket sellers
tickets can be purchased from Village Flowers, Spar, Mousies Takeaway, Minnies
Bar, Abbeyside Post Office and Crotty’s Bar.
Junior Hurling
On Friday night last our Junior C hurlers played Brickey Rangers in
Dungarvan Club Grounds and at the end of a very competitive game it was our
opponents who emerged victorious.
Senior Hurling
On Saturday night last our Senior hurlers played Fourmilewater in the
County League in Ballymacarbery, where they claimed our second win of the
league.

We play Clashmore in the County league this Sunday morning in Clashmore.
