On behalf of everyone in our club, we would like to congratulate our senior footballers and management team on their fantastic 0-13 to 0-10 victory over Rathgormack in the delayed 2020 County Senior Football Championship Final at Walsh Park yesterday. This three point win saw us capture our seventh title and first since 2013. Skill, craft, agility, determination and passion were all on display throughout the sixty plus minutes of action. Thanks to the lads for brightening up some difficult days and to our supporters, both those who were fortunate to be in attendance and those who watched and listened at home, for their loyalty and dedication to the club. Well done also to Patrick Hurney, who rolled back the years, to put on a man of the match display, scoring eight points.
