Saturday Mornings
Outdoor hurling continues every Saturday morning from
10.30 for boys aged five and up. Helmets and hurleys can be purchased through
the club at a discounted price. All newcomers are welcome.
AGM
Our AGM for the juvenile committee takes place in the GAA
grounds at the Burgery on Friday the 22nd of November. Time of the
meeting will be included in next week’s notes.
Under 16
Our under 16 footballers play the County Final on
Saturday morning next at Fraher Field at 12 noon. Everyone in the club would
like the wish these young men well and wish their management well as they go
for county honours. Our opponents in this game will be Gaultir and while they
are a formidable side, if our lads play to their strengths they will be in with
a good shout here.
Under 13
Our under 13 footballers are also due to take part in a
County Final. At the time of writing no date has yet been fixed for this match
but it is expected to take place either this weekend or next. The participating
players will be notified by text when this game will go ahead and again we wish
all players and management well.
