Sympathy
On behalf of all in the club, we would like to offer our deepest sympathies to the O'Connor family, Limerick and Abbeyside on the tragic death of Breffni O'Connor in Italy on Saturday morning last. The O’Connor family have been great servants of our club for many years and Breffni's cousins continue to play for our club today. Breffni's father, Liam regularly travels back to the Village to watch our club teams in championship action and has always been a great supporter of every and any fundraising initiative we have undertaken. Indeed, Liam was a chief organiser of the very successful and enjoyable sponsored cycle from Limerick to Abbeyside a few years ago. When our Féile teams travelled to Limerick in recent years or whenever our Senior teams travelled to Limerick for challenge games, Liam would ensure that all the arrangements were in place and the teams never wanted for anything once Liam undertook the arrangements. Once again we send our condolences to Liam and Kathleen and their family at this most difficult time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh sí.

Development Fund
Abbeyside/Ballinacourty GAA Club has been growing at a dramatic pace over the past 10 years with the population of our parish increasing rapidly. We must ensure that we have the best facilities for all our players. We want to ensure that the next generation have the facilities that they need and deserve. We are asking supporters and friends to support this project over the next five years.

Strategic Plan
Past generations have had their visions for the future of our club. These are our current aims and with these achieved we hope to hand on the club to future generations in the same healthy state it was passed onto us.
