Membership
With the new season rapidly approaching, we would like to emphasis the importance of getting your membership paid as soon as possible. If you have not already done so, please contact our membership officer Kevin Tobin on 087 9954448 to arrange payment. From a playing perspective it is compulsory that you are a member as it ensures you are included in the insurance scheme. Rates for this year are Adult €150 / Student €75, Married Couple (non-playing) €70, Single (non-playing) €50 and OAP €40. Of course, members of our 300 Club are fully covered.

Academy Update
Our under 7s have started the season with a few weeks of football and already we are seeing great energy and enthusiasm from the lads. We definitely have a few stars of the future in the group.
New members are always welcome so call out to our club grounds any Saturday morning to join in the fun. Contact our Facebook page or email us on abbeycourtyjuvenilesec@gmail.com to find out more.

Great fun and games for our U7 boys

Intercounty
Aaron Beresford, John Elstead and Brian Looby were part of the Waterford Senior Footballers panel last Sunday in Fraher Field where unfortunately they were beaten in very controversial circumstances by Sligo. This Sunday they make the long trip to Cavan.
The hurlers meanwhile went down to a defeat in Kilkenny last Sunday also, where Neil Montgomery and Michael Kiely saw action. This weekend they face Wexford in the league semi final.

Development Fund
Abbeyside/Ballinacourty GAA Club has been growing at a dramatic pace over the past 10 years with the population of our parish increasing rapidly. We must ensure that we have the best facilities for all our players. We want to ensure that the next generation have the facilities that they need and deserve. We are asking supporters and friends to support this project over the next five years.

Strategic Plan
Past generations have had their visions for the future of our club. These are our current aims and with these achieved we hope to hand on the club to future generations in the same healthy state it was passed onto us.
