Juvenile Notes - 1st August


Minor Hurling
Our minor hurlers were recently defeated by Tramore on a scoreline of 0-13 to 1-6. Next up is Clashmore on the 7th August.

U12 Hurling
Our lads were invited to a gala day in the Fraher field on Saturday morning last. This was the last item on the agenda of the western hurling league. We kept our unbeaten record intact with 2 fine spirited performances first against Lismore and then against Dungarvan.

Croke Park Trip
Reminder that we will be departing Coolagh Service Station at 7.00am on Tuesday 7th August by bus for a football blitz in Croke Park. We will play 3 games on the pitch and then have the tour of the grounds.

U13 Hurling
Our Division 1 were successful after Cois Bhride conceded the match. In Division 3 the lads came out with a draw against Ballyduff Upper on a scoreline of 5-4 to 4-7. 
Club History
Abbeyside / Ballinacourty GAA Club was formed in 1967 as a result of the amalgamation of Abbeyside Hurling and Football Clubs and Ballinacourty Football Club. It is situated within the Parish of Abbeyside, Ballinroad and Garranbane. Located on the eastern side of the River Colligan, it forms the northern and eastern shorelines of Dungarvan Harbour from Abbeyside Church to Ballinacourty Lighthouse

Development Fund
Abbeyside/Ballinacourty GAA Club has been growing at a dramatic pace over the past 10 years with the population of our parish increasing rapidly. We must ensure that we have the best facilities for all our players. We want to ensure that the next generation have the facilities that they need and deserve. We are asking supporters and friends to support this project over the next five years.
