No. Drawn - 21

Joker Fundraiser
Our popular Jack the Joker Fundraiser will continue this Sunday night in The Stables Bar where the Jackpot will be €7,684. This week Pat Queally was drawn out of the drum but did not find the joker but did win €50 while Georgina Crowley and “The Morning Club” won €25. We appeal to all our supporters to continue purchasing the tickets as the funds raised will go towards our ongoing development works at the club grounds.

On Friday night we take on Clashmore in at 7:30 pm in Ardmore our second game in the Western Championship.

Minor Football
Our Minor Footballers exited the County Championship on Wednesday night last when they were defeated by Rathgormack in Rathgormack by 5 points. Trailing by 8 points at halftime it looked like we may have suffered a heavy defeat but the team showed great character in the second half to battle back into contention but despite their best efforts they couldn’t breech the Rathgormack defence for the goal that would have made for an interesting finish to the game. This group of players have had a very protracted campaign which of course included the terrible tragic loss of Mary and Mollie Enright. Despite this they conducted themselves in an excellent way at all times and were a credit to the club. We would like to thank the players and the management team for their hard work over the past couple of months.

Club Bingo
Our club bingo will continue in the CBS Hall this Sunday night where the Jackpot is €700.

Club Committee Meeting
The next meeting of the club committee will take place this Wednesday night at 8pm in The Stables Bar.

Booking of Pitches
We would like to ask all team managers to please ensure that they have booked the pitch with Bernard Shields before they arrange training sessions.
